Nai Basti Gulabgarh village came into existence after partition of the country. Hindu population of Gulabgarh migrated to the present location which was named as Nai Basti Gulabgarh by the community that migrated to Indian side; It is contiguous to suchetgarh that touches the border with Pakistan. The village has plain land with agriculture crops and the farming community rears animals prominently cows and buffaloes.
The area is attractive as it has wide stretch of cultivable land which grows principal crops like Wheat and Paddy. These green crops offer a scenic view to the urban visitors who enjoy the scene offered by the green fields.
The road leading from RS Pura Tehsil headquarters to Nai Basti Gulabgah has trees on both sides of the road that offer a receptive view as these appear standing in ovation to the visitors.
